From one of our Foster Moms:

I met the sweetest little dog at Birmingham Animal Control today, her name is Jelly Belly and she is approx. 3 years old, about 5 lbs and a lover BUT she is also heartworm positive and to save her life she needs treatment. Peace, Love & Dog Paws Rescue wants to help but we need donations for heartworm treatment and vetting to save Jelly Belly and others like her. Without treatment she only has one destiny. Please help us help her and others like her find a loving home with a healthy life. I'm ready to get this girl in my home and give her the care she needs, and so much love!
